Founded in 2000 Escher Mixers has over three decades of experience in the bakery industry. From the initial development of Escher Mixers the company focused on specialization in production of mixing machinery for bread and pastry-making subdivisions.  Escher Mixers began with production of fixed bowl spiral mixers and later expanded into two ranges of removable bowl mixers with lifters, a series of self-tilting mixers, and lastly two lines of planetary mixers.

Over time Escher has achieved specialized knowledge that has given them the ability develop machines and solutions to contribute to the needs of a large range of clients in various markets.  Their machines are known for sturdiness, durability, accurate finishes, and for the quality of the dough they produce.  Escher as a company plans to continue along this ongoing path by having passion for their products and giving the attention to their clients they expect.
