Dough divider
This two-pocket vacuum dough divider is designed for continuous dividing of wheaten dough on semi-automatic and automatic lines. The machine capacity and the weight of the divided dough pieces can be steplessly regulated.
The dough enters the machine through a hopper place on its top. This hopper can accept up to 40 kg of dough. The divided dough pieces leave the machine through the conveyor adjustable per height.
The machine principle of operation assures high quality of the baked products. The central lubricating system takes care of the machine sliding surfaces lubrication with the prescribed oil.
The machine cleaning is very simple, quickly done and indispensable for the correct and reliable operation.
