The two hydraulic dough dividers, HDS-BN and HDS-B2, are projected in such a way that the dough is minimally charged at dividing operations. They are designed for batch dividing, especially of wheaten dough. They allow to save you quite a lot of time, and by this a good quality of the dough for further processing. At minimum maintenance and regular cleaning these dough dividers are due to their sturdy construction reliable and have a long life-period. In comparison with HDS-BN the hydraulic dough divider HDS-B2 has two levers enabling separated pressing and dividing of the dough. The dividers control is very simple. They are made in accordance to CE Directives.
