Dough moulding after dough dividing gives ideal dough shape and smooth surface what is basic demand for optimal fermentation.

To meet mentioned qualities we designed conical rounder SABOTIN-2 suitable for perfect rounding of wheaten and rye wheaten doughs which is used also in advanced technological lines.

Our machine SABOTIN-2 is suitable for dough rounding without dough sticking by use of chosen options depending on dough type. Materials built in and design according to CE norms assure safe and user-friendly work.
