High quality mixing of different doughs
This new spiral mixer is designed for kneading wheaten and rye-wheaten doughs, and it gives to products more uniform porosity of the crumb. Such quality kneading has been achieved by its specially shaped mixing arm and by choosing corresponding drives of the mixer. A compact housing and original constructional solutions in accordance to CE Directives, and special requirements of bakeries assure reliability and durability of our SMF mixers.

- Two speeds of a mixing arm rotation (mixing up, kneading) with programmably adjustable time
- Control is performed by an electronic controller mounted on a rotating support
- Easier movement in the room is assured by lowering the mixer from supporting screws onto castors
- Ths mixing cycle can be interrupted by lifting the cover
- All dough contact parts are made of stainless steel, while the mixer cover is made of plastics
