Tunnel cyclothermic baking ovens are all purpose ovens used for continuous baking of all types of bread and pastry requiring the baking temperature up to 320°C and the baking time from 10 to 60 minutes. The transport through the baking oven can be carried out by granite or a stranded steel mesh. As a heating medium in oven we can offer oil, gas or a combination of both.
Advantages:
- It is made of selected structural and insulation materials
- The baking time is adjusted steplessly by chaning the conveyor belt speed
- The system is under pressure and thus it assures complete safety
- It is possible to regulate separately the temperature in the baking chamber, i.e. above and below
- The tunnel baking oven can be equipped also with a system for forced circulation of air in the hearth enabling much better heat mission to the products
- On individual parts of the tunnel baking oven there are installed the indicating thermometers and inspection windows through which the baking process can be controlled
- The tunnel baking oven inlet and outlet can be prepared also for pan discharging
Basic version of the machine contains:
- Transport belt or net or granite plates
- plastic plates, manual oven regulation
- manual regulation of under pressure, standard oven conveyor
Options:
- Machine with stainless plating, additional oven conveyor, outlet dumper
- PLC and regulation of under pressure with electromotor
- burner type Weishaupt, fume and vapour outlet, electrical heating inlet
- water syringe, regulation of hot air and cleaning brush (oven with granite mesh)
