First prover

Dough resting in optimal climate conditions

At dividing and rounding operations the dough becomes tired. In order to get the dough rested and prepared for dinal moulding, the dough requires resting in pockets of the first prover, where all dough pieces are conveyed through favourable microclimatic conditions. In this way, the dough gets proper elasticity required for further processing. This first prover is made of quality materials in accordance to CD Directives and is suitable also for more exacting lines with higher capacities.
