NEW YORK, NY (September 12, 2025) — Rouge Lake Management LLC (“Rouge Lake”) proudly announces that it has acquired a majority interest in All Bake Technologies Inc. (“All Bake”), a leading provider of commercial bakery equipment solutions and services.

Founded over three decades ago, All Bake has earned a reputation for delivering bakery equipment and unmatched technical expertise to small retailers, wholesale bakeries, and large commercial chains throughout the United States. The acquisition was officially completed in May 2025 and marks a significant milestone in All Bake’s history to prime the company for continued expansion and support of its partners in the North American baking industry.

Chris Sarkesian, Rouge Lake’s Founder and Managing Member, will serve as Chief Executive Officer of All Bake and brings deep expertise in strategy, M&A, and investing in tandem with the food equipment and bakery industries. Robert Hassell, founder of All Bake, will remain involved in a strategic advisory role as a minority owner to ensure a seamless transition.
