Deck OvensThermostar Classic
The Kornfeil flagship — modular thermal oil deck oven for artisan hearth bread, pizza, and pastry. Stack decks to scale capacity without re-tooling the floor.

Thermostar deck ovens, ThermoMax rack ovens, Assistant loading systems, EkoBlok thermal oil technology, and OEM parts — sourced, installed and serviced by All Bake's certified technicians and 30+ years of bakery expertise.

Kornfeil has been engineering thermal oil ovens out of the Czech Republic since 1992 — the technology of choice for serious artisan and industrial bakeries that demand a true hearth bake at scale. Bakeries choose Kornfeil because the equipment delivers an even, consistent thermal bake, runs efficiently on the patented EkoBlok heat exchanger, and is built to hold tolerance through years of high-volume production.
Thermal oil delivers a more even, gentler heat than direct gas. The crust forms cleanly, crumb structure stays open, and the bake is repeatable shift after shift — the difference shows in the loaf.
Kornfeil's patented EkoBlok heat exchanger separates the burner from the baking chamber, recovers waste heat, and runs at higher thermal efficiency than conventional designs. Lower gas bills, same throughput.
Heavy steel construction, automated loaders, and feed tables built to integrate into wholesale production lines running 24/7. Engineered to outlast the warranty period by decades.
Factory-trained Kornfeil technicians on staff, OEM parts stocked stateside, and same-day technical support. You're never waiting on a service ticket from Europe.

Founded in 1992 in Hovorany, Czech Republic, Kornfeil set out to do one thing exceptionally well: build thermal oil deck ovens that hold tolerance in a production environment. Three decades later, the Thermostar line is in artisan and wholesale bakeries across Europe, North America, and the Middle East — and the EkoBlok thermal oil heat exchanger, developed in-house, remains one of the most efficient designs in the category.
Kornfeil's engineering philosophy is single-minded: design for industrial use, then make it operator-friendly. The Assistant loading family — manual, line, and SuperAutomat — was developed in parallel with the Thermostar ovens so a single operator can run a full deck rotation without breaking pace. The result is equipment installed in 1995 that still earns its keep in 2026, and parts for it still ship from the factory.

Deck OvensThe Kornfeil flagship — modular thermal oil deck oven for artisan hearth bread, pizza, and pastry. Stack decks to scale capacity without re-tooling the floor.
Auto-LoadingThe Thermostar paired with Kornfeil's Assistant auto-loader — synchronized loading and unloading across all decks so one operator runs the whole bank.
Rack OvensThe thermal oil rack format — full-rack capacity with the same even, gentle thermal bake. Ideal where deck space is limited but throughput still has to scale.
CyclothermicCyclothermic deck oven — direct-fired with steam tube heat exchange. A workhorse for bakeries that want hearth bake characteristics without the thermal oil system.
Kornfeil's patented thermal oil heat exchanger — the heart of every Thermostar. Higher thermal efficiency, lower fuel use, and faster recovery between batches.
LoadersThree tiers of loading automation — choose by throughput. Manual for small lines, Line for synchronized deck loading, SuperAutomat for fully autonomous batch cycles.
ConveyingModular feed tables that bridge dough makeup and oven loading. Built to Kornfeil's industrial spec — stainless construction, smooth transfer, low maintenance.
IntegrationFull industrial bake lines built around Kornfeil ovens — proofers, loaders, conveying, and cooling integrated to spec. We project-manage start to finish.
OEM components stocked stateside — burners, thermal oil pumps, door seals, control overlays, conveyor parts — shipped same-day in most cases.
Most distributors will sell you a piece of equipment and disappear. All Bake stays. Every Kornfeil installation we deliver is supported end-to-end — site planning, install, training, parts, repair, and preventative maintenance — by an in-house team that knows the product inside out.
New, used, and refurbished Kornfeil equipment — sourced through our authorized distributor network at competitive pricing.
Site planning, rigging, gas/electrical connections, thermal oil filling, and full commissioning — coordinated with your contractors so the line comes up on schedule.
Scheduled PM contracts including thermal oil testing and replacement — keeping your Kornfeil equipment running at spec and catching wear before it's downtime.
Factory-trained Kornfeil technicians on staff. Phone diagnosis, on-site repair, and emergency response when a line goes down at 3 a.m.
Genuine Kornfeil parts stocked in Neptune, NJ — same-day shipping on most line items, with cross-referencing for legacy models.
On-site training for your bakers and maintenance staff — programmed bake cycles, Assistant loader calibration, and the early-warning checks that prevent service calls.
Pairing Kornfeil ovens with proofers, mixers, dividers, and bread lines from our broader manufacturer roster — engineered to flow.
Full English, Spanish, and Portuguese phone support — because the people running the bakery aren't always the ones who bought it.
Whether you're running a serious artisan hearth program or a wholesale plant pumping out tonnage, the Thermostar and ThermoMax platforms are the same engineering — sized differently. We'll spec the right configuration.

Modular Thermostar decks, Manual Assistant loader, and an EkoBlok heat exchanger sized to your gas service. Great hearth bake characteristics in a footprint that fits a real bakery floor.

Banks of Thermostar decks with SuperAutomat loaders, ThermoMax double rack ovens, and full-line Feed Tables — engineered to hold tolerance shift after shift, year after year.
