The egg breaker imitates the work of human hands, by breaking the eggs with the use of special knives. Broken eggs go through a special buffer and quality controller, where damaged eggs are removed. Next, the eggs go through a separator, where egg whites are separated from yolks. This most hygienic egg breaking method is an innovation by OVO-TECH.
