Mark Series Fryers
The Belshaw workhorse — gas or electric open-kettle fryers built for daily donut production. Conservative engineering means a Mark fryer installed today is expected to be in service decades from now.

Open-kettle fryers, Donut Robot lines, glazers, depositors and OEM parts — sourced new, used and refurbished, installed and supported by the largest Belshaw distributor on the East Coast.
Belshaw has been building the donut industry's workhorse equipment since 1923 — from the first Mark Series open-kettle fryer to today's fully automated Donut Robot lines. Bakeries choose Belshaw because the equipment runs day in and day out, scales from a single shop to a wholesale plant, and is supported by a parts ecosystem that's hard to match.
The Mark Series, Donut Robot, and Type B platforms have defined production donut equipment for a century. Belshaw is where the category was invented and refined.
Heavy stainless construction, conservative tolerances, and modular components built to run dozen-after-dozen, every shift, for decades.
The same engineering DNA serves a single-shop bakery, a regional chain, and a wholesale donut plant. Choose the right model now and grow into a bigger one later.
Factory-trained Belshaw technicians, a deep OEM parts inventory, and same-day support. You're never waiting on a service ticket from the West Coast.

Founded in Seattle in 1923, Belshaw invented the modern automatic donut machine and has been refining the category ever since. Through the 2007 merger with Adamatic, the company added a deep dough-makeup line to its catalog and now operates as Belshaw Adamatic Bakery Group out of Auburn, Washington.
Belshaw equipment is engineered around one premise: a donut shop is a production environment, and the equipment running it has to behave like industrial gear, not specialty appliances. That's why a 30-year-old Mark VI is still in service in bakeries across the country — and why parts for it are still available from the factory.

Fully automated cake-donut production: depositing, frying, turning, and discharge in one continuous line. Choose throughput by model and run thousands of donuts per hour with minimal labor.
CompactTabletop mini-donut production for c-stores, concession stands, and grab-and-go retail. Self-contained depositor + fryer, low footprint, fast bake-off cycle.
Industrial-scale donut production for wholesalers and supermarket chains. Continuous-belt fryers, integrated proofers, and high-throughput depositing in a single line.
Dedicated icing, glazing, and sugar-coating systems. Even coverage, consistent ratios, and a far cleaner workflow than hand-finishing at scale.
Freezer-to-GlazedThe labor-saving combo unit: takes par-fried, frozen donuts and outputs hot glazed product in minutes. Ideal for c-stores and bake-off programs that don't fry on-site.
PrepMelt fryer shortening cleanly and consistently, ready to pump into the kettle. Eliminates the cube-by-cube routine and protects your shortening's life cycle.
Make-UpFrom hand-held plungers and Type B depositors to high-output Type F units — the make-up side of every donut line, scaled to your output.
OEM PartsHundreds of OEM components stocked stateside — burners, thermostats, hopper assemblies, plunger sets, conveyor parts, control overlays — shipped same-day in most cases.
Most distributors will sell you a piece of equipment and disappear. All Bake stays. Every Belshaw installation we deliver is supported end-to-end — site planning, install, training, parts, repair, and preventative maintenance — by an in-house team that knows the product inside out.
