About the Manufacturer

A century of American donut engineering.

Founded in Seattle in 1923, Belshaw invented the modern automatic donut machine and has been refining the category ever since. Through the 2007 merger with Adamatic, the company added a deep dough-makeup line to its catalog and now operates as Belshaw Adamatic Bakery Group out of Auburn, Washington.

Belshaw equipment is engineered around one premise: a donut shop is a production environment, and the equipment running it has to behave like industrial gear, not specialty appliances. That's why a 30-year-old Mark VI is still in service in bakeries across the country — and why parts for it are still available from the factory.
